No one really knows. They are VERY tight-lipped about the issue. But, if you saw their pictures, it's really obvious that they have feelings for each other. And also, one time, zac said, "Vanessa Anne Efron sounds good!" so many of zanessa fans drool about Zac's reaction.And if you check out the upcoming issue of Popstar magazine, you can actually say that they are seeing each other. Chris Brown was also asked in an interview (because he admitted he has a crush on Vanessa) that if he was jealous of Zac, he said.."but to tell you the truth at first I was a little jealous of Zac, for a moment there I could bet he was dating her. I guess he is just lucky like some guys are.." So, what do you say? I guess that means, yes, perhaps? But I advice that you should just watch them as their rumored relationship goes on, because they are both good-looking, and who knows? They might fall for each other. Besides, they are working together for months!

no they are just really good friends. people make up alot of crazy rumors about zanessa but the truth is that they are JUST friends and nothing more.
