In my opinion "the departed" was overrated and this movie was more fun and adrenaline pumping. I am 17 I see probably too many movies and I have never seen a movie i enjoyed more. I got home and the critics rated it 3.5 out of 5 are they nuts. The action scenes were non stop and the storyline could have been better but is good enough for the action to outweigh the negatives. The mountains and locations are perfect. Am i crazy or is this a widespread view? If you haven't seen it and only read reviews or seen ads don't respond

I saw the movie and LOVED IT! i am personally a fan of movies with alot of explosions and people getting shot and this is and excellent movie for that.

If by "best" you mean "unintentionally funny", then yeah. It was the "best" action film in years.
