I had a student ask me that about 35 years ago...the answer is the same "Nope, won't happen." However it is possible to get pregnant if fresh sperm gets in the opening of the vagina even from fingers that have sperm on them and from rubbing the head of the sperm covered penis over the outside of the vagina. The chances are less but it does happen on occasion.

Well, I don't know what SPREM is, but you can't get pregnant by drinking anything.

For one, the acids in the stomach would kill the sperm.
Two, even if it did get past the stomach the digestive system is not at all connected to the reproductive system.
You can, however, get an STD by drinking sperm.

No! The sperm will be dstroyed by the acids in your stomach. The sperm needs to come in contact with the egg in your uterus. These two systems are not conected!There are no eggs in your stomach.

NOPE THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN GET PREGO BY SWALLOWING SPERM. IT HAS TO GO IN THE CORRECT END TO GET YOU P.G. AND ORALLY IS THE WRONG END. YOU CANNOT GET P.G. DOING ANNUL SEX EITHER, JUST IN CASE YOU WERE GOING TO ASK.
