One definite section that is hypocritical that you will be able to find quotes is when the teacher talks about how awful it is to massacre Jews in the Holocaust, and how they are all dieing, and yet she wants the innocent Tom to die. This is hypocritical since she is being racist, and saying no one deserves to die but then she says Tom should die.

i agree with zach b's answer. i can't really think of any others, sorry. i know that Atticus won't have any. maybe look for some from Atticus's sister. Sorry that I couldn't really help.
