The website shown below will do a reasonable job of translating websites in different languages. The translation isn't 100% accurate, but it beats a sharp stick in the eye : )

well if you have the files in view, type the text into this translator

and then have it translate from french to english. it would be even easier if you had them in a word document or something so you could copy and paste them in.
