I think this girl is very insecure, and should stop seeking out shallow compliments.
If you mean, by nationality...her "race," you should learn the difference between the two.
Nationality is the country of her birth. How the hell would I know that by looking at a cartoon picture?

I think that she's ok. She looks like someone i'd see in the mall or something. I think that she's hispanic.
