Personally I think that their lives are not fulfilling enough and need to go out and try to make themselves feel better about themselves without the emails or addys of celebs...Leave them alone!!! They just wanna live their lives as much as us non-celebs do... I just really think that eevryone deserves privacy... Even those (or especially, however you look at it) make their livings in the limelight.... But hey thats just me.. :)

Maybe they see the lives of these people as more rewarding/interesting/exciting than the lives they themselves lead.
Or could be that they're just plain nosy!
