Write your own monologue about some tragic or harrowing experience that has impacted on your life (e.g. recent death of grandparent or significant relative/friend or pet.)

Feelings from Monologues for Teens: Sometimes, I get up within the center of the night time, and I simply consider so depressed. Everyone within the condo is asleep. I consider like I am by myself on the earth. Outside, the town is darkish and desolate, and the pavement glows and the streetlights make the whole thing appear...unreal. I check out to return to sleep however I cannot. You realize, routinely I marvel why I even hassle occurring. Waking up daily on the crack of daybreak simply to journey the bus wherein I am driven and shoved, and the entire humans round me have those bloodless and empty eyes. Going to university wherein I rush from magnificence to magnificence feeling by myself and stressed. Is there any person in the market, any person in any respect? Who is wakeful and feeling what I am? As written, it isn't wonderful, however with the proper pauses and variety of emotion and voice, it may be exquisite. It helped me get an performing award :-)

I suggest that you don't do anything from a movie. Make it from a play and try to get it as close to the play's material as possible. If you're auditioning for a dramtic play, use a dramatic monologue and vice versa. Keep it short, simple, and amazing. xD break a leg.

try something that will bring out your inner talent. like a comedy about something tragic that has happened in your life.

it not only has drama but it will also show you can be funny.
