How can you enchante wapons in oblivion for the 360 without wasting money ?

Sigil Stones, but you can't give it any effect you want, there are only a few, and they're random.

Personally, I think enchanting weapons is a waste of time and money. You have to constantly recharge them, and the damage is good enough without the enchantments.
