Lavender scented things help to relax the body and help you fall asleep faster. You can get body sprays, bed sprays, or lavender sachets from Wal-Mart, or where ever you like to buy your body sprays!

Pick the time when you need to go to bed. Start heavily drinking your favorite type of alcohol at least 1hr and a half before the time you have chosen to go to bed. If your lucky you might fall asleep even before your set time.
