i cant find FFtactics for PS1 in stores can i play it on my computer emulation?

It is possible to do this, although it would be illegal to do so. Playstation emulators have been created, although they demand a certain level of power from your computer that you may or may not have.

So, yes, it is quite possible to do so. However, I cannot tell you how or where to do so, since it still remains illegal.

As a note, you could try something like Ebay or Yahoo Auctions to find a copy of Final Fantasy Tactics. Personally, I'd go to a local game store (EB Games and Gamestop don't carry PS1 games much anymore, try any other game store you can find), and ask them if they have a copy or can obtain one. Looking on Ebay, the price you could expect to pay is roughly $15-25, including shipping.
