Nice sentiment but I suggest you start with a person with a good attitude. Being friendly to a nasty pasty can squash your happy resolve very quickly!

You are right but what if they do something like ignoring in front of others, then it is a situation no one likes to be in.
So that is why I wait sometimes according to the person.
