I've heard that there are stories of Native Americna Fairies called"epus" does anyone have any information on this?

There's been a few times in my life when I've heard or read of them too. I'm not familiar with exactly what they are/were, but it seemed to me to be fairly similar to the traditional European tales/versions.

Perhaps the stories refer to a spirit. A person or woman spirit with wings. It might depend on the tribe. I have never heard stories of fairies in my own tribe, Ojibwa/Chippawa (great lakes region), but I have heard of woman spirits.

Fairies come from europe. Our Stories are of spirits.

no not the american ones I have some on my roof restaurant, I call them ," ana misra fairies," never seen them but I know they are there,as my fridge gets raided and my kitchen, they never take much thats why i am not bothered, or I would get the ana misra police on them.
