how come you never hear about blacks invading germany or europe and establishing segregation and ruling over whites?

Because the white people who invaded South Africa actually had motivation to do so, and took time to plan accordingly. If the blacks actually wanted to invade a country, they could do so, but in reality, they're all talk and no action.
