We had a house forclosed on us. We got out in a hurry, but we noticed it was about a year before anything was done. We moved right across the street so it was easy to monitor.

You are required to leave immediately after foreclosure. If you don't, the new owner can have you evicted, which means in about 30-45 days (depending on where the property is located) the sheriff will physically remove you from the property.

Im pretty sure 30 days but Im not stupoid enough to buy a house I cant afford.

Depends where you live....In Texas, you have about 30 days, before eviction...
