A Planner, seriously, I have always been a disorganized person who had trouble remembering or finding things when I needed them. Later I got a planner that I kept with me at all times no matter what, and if you document everything, even little things. Also, when it comes to priorities, I have come to a realization that if you have an external power in your life pushing you to follow the priorities you set, you are much more likely to follow them. So, have someone close to you try and help and remind you of things when you slip up...

Write EVERYTHING down.... that way .... it was never just a thought, it was an idea :-p

A good amount of sleep to begin with.
Then, a schedule; what to do when you get up, what to eat, what to wear (you can set it out the night before), pack a lunch (also, can be made the night before)... basically, be pre-pared for the day. This sounds quite rigid and a little anal-retentive, but sometimes necessary to get one into an organized way of dealing with the day. Then once you've developed efficient habits, it doesn't seem so forced.
In terms of managing time, the schedule thing works pretty well. As for priorities, it helps to have a little reflective time to sort out for yourself what REALLY matters to you - family, personal time, work, etc. No one can tell you what your priorities should be, it's very personal. But they pretty much alway requires a bit of reflection and thought.

just find things which you think is significant, and then continue to do it.that is to say, to set you goals and pursue it! and also it depends on what kind of job you have now, i think, for me,a university student, so going to the library and prepare for the thesis. so i think, life is just like a boat in the sea, we are the captain and also we are the seamen on it. make a plan, and then do it. that's t he point i think!
