i doubt it very much,be very carefull with any offers coming from nigeria,its the country of inventing all kinds of scams to get money out of people.
lottery scams, is another one,they arrested
45 nigerians last month in 3 emailcafees in amsterdam operating world wide.
the scam they try on you is,that they will ask
you to make a donation for more info,or ask you to advance money for travelexpences or payments in advance for paperwork/documents or visa costs ect.
never send them a nickel.
be aware.

Consider anything from Nigeria as a SCAM.
