Is there a way that you can tell if you've gotten an ultra, or super rare card from holding, looking, or weighing the un-opened booster pack ( I don't want to purchase an electronic scale, but I also want to know another thing.. If you shop in a wal mart or target, etc. Does their stores have a weighing system or something that can help you while inside the store?!) I really am anxoius to know if there's a way to find out b/c I don't want to waste my money getting regular rares.

i've noticed that a pack that has a holo (ultra or super rare) card in it tends to feel thicker than a regular pack. my friend agrees with me that this is true most of the time.

and walmart, target, etc doesn't have a weighing mechanism that will weight something as light as yugioh packs.

You can use an electronic scale that can pick minute weight differences, since super and ultra rares are slightly heavier than other cards.

I know that this isn't the answer you were probably hoping for, but I believe that it is random. I don't think that there is really any way to tell: it's just luck of the draw. Sorry!
