Um dude ... yer pooched.
There is no easy fix for a corrupt registry and unless you know what you are doing, i wouldn't even suggest you try fixing it yourself.
If this just began, you may be able to use your system restore to an earlier date but that's about it.
The only other alternative I know of that is a sure fix is to format your drive and reinstall your system and applications.
