I would recommend listening to some 'old-school' hip hop from artists such as:
Eric B and Rakim
T La Rock
Run DMC
Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five
Whoudini

Will Smith's "Lost & Found" is a good hip hop album. He says about 2 "bad" words through the whole album.

as for rap songs without bad words and not talking bout bad things, it's almost virtually impossible, if you exclude linkin park but they're genre is more to rap/rock and nu metal. however, rap songs with bad words here and there but without talking bout bad things is a whole different thing. fort minor's my recommendation. hope this helps.

Hey guess what I asked that qustion to myself and I found some cool bands. There not rap but they are christian rock bands that have rap twist they are Relient K and Thousand Foot Krutch. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

If you don't mind something really old, Young MC's Stone Cold Rhymin' is pretty positive and clean. It's nearly 20 years old, though.
