a little exercise, even if it is just walking around the block once a day will make a big difference. also, cook your foods in monounsaturated fats (olive, peanut, and canola oils) to reduce LDL levels. Heart experts recommend an ldl level below 100 mg/dl. hang in there, it will come down. :)
