For the past week I have had the same dream where I am walking away and someone shoots me in the back of the head, and then I wake up out of my sleep.

Dreams often do deal with our sub and conscious feelings.
How do you feel when you wake up? Terror, or ok with it?
That is what you need to investigate.
If upset upon awakening then you may be dealing with some past or present or even future feelings of events that have or will potentially cause you emotional pain.
Dreams often work through current events in our sleep.

You need to watch your back.... maybe you feel like you can't trust someone? You need to talk to this person and get things out of your mind. Try not watching tv either before bed! Read a book instead!

It seems pretty abstract. It could mean you're just afraid of unknown fears and things that might happen to you in the future or it could be one of those dreams that is disturbing but does not matter.

i think it means that you are contemplating walking away or leaving something behind and that there will be consequences that you don't forsee. or it could mean that will really happen to you. i'm not a physcologist i just play one on t.v
