Its the "atheists" pretending to be religious who start the wars to serve their own purpose.

First of all a person that believes in God wouldn't hate an atheists. There are certainly alot of self righteous people that aren't good examples if they are trying to lead someone to God then go freak out on someone that doesn't, then they suck. They aren't doing the right thing like if a coach preached about teamwork but always let the best player take the show. Seems like a silly example but hope it makes sense. I do believe in God and believe He has worked miracles in my life. I am not a holy roller by any means. I do things wrong just like everyone else but I know I'll be forgiven or I'd hate myself and always have a miserable life. I believe God gives you a new day every day. It's kinda like a diet, just because you slip up and eat a candy bar doesn't mean you're gonna be fat forever, you just slipped up....forgive yourself and try again. I will say this.... I know for a fact I am not related to an ameba, cricket, star, snake ,flower, metal, green bean or anything else that is not human and didn't start out human. I don't hate anyone. I wish everyone the best life can offer them, I hope it pays off for them in the end. =)

It is going the two techniques. the adaptation is one facet is meant to be approximately love and help. Jesus became a non violent guy, he helped people - and multiple atheists, agnostics, and different religions stay in a rustic crammed with God - God fearing people, Bible-thumping people - etc and it gets previous for them. Now i do no longer advise you in my view, even though it variety of feels many Christians are greater apprehensive approximately preaching and judging than minding the tenants of their very own e book and that i do experience that they (atheists) each so often bypass out of their thank you to make their factor heard. yet this could be a rustic the place you're bombarded with faith usually and that isn't any ask your self they get snappy.

not long ago i attended a funeral service for a co-worker who happened to be an atheist. There was a fellow who was asked to say a few words describing the life of the deceased. He spent quite awhile speaking of the good deeds that the atheist man done during his life. His final sentence was,"look at him now - all dressed up and no where to go!"

To be fair, there have been a lot of wars
started in the name of greed which isn't
particularly religious or non-religious
in sentiment.

Also, to be fair, the Communists considered
themselves atheists, but they didn't use
their atheism as an excuse for war - they
came up with other things.

Objectively, religion does seem to start
more wars than it stops.

Maybe people hate being challenged more than the idea that others don't believe in god.

That being said, religion has always been an excuse or an afterthought for starting a war.

I have heard this trash so many times on YA. Seems it is always the atheists that are preaching, insulting, condemning and blaming Christians. Yes, Christians. No one else, just Christians.
Well, here is one who is really sick of seeing this trash. Atheists are -in the forum- the most self rightist people. When will you stop trying to cram your beliefs down my throat?

Well why do the atheists consider themselves the only sane ones? You also cant state that atheists don't start wars because that would be false.

The reason that people hate athiests is because athiests are seen as a threat towards other people. Although many athiests do not physically or verbally attack people not like them, other people are worried that their children will stop listening to them and listen to the athiests. People would feel abandoned if their child left their religion for athiesm.

Yea man all the biggest wars like Crusades and stuff were about religion and millions died in the name of God. So religionists if you may are just as guilty for world unrest.

But atheists are not really bad ppl, they are just quite scientific in their way of thinking, real is their religion. In one way it is good to be straightforward and not have clouded judgment, I really admire that. But on the other, when all the people and all the situations in life seem averse to you, something higher than your environment is needed, that feeling is God or whatever you want to think of as looking after you. In those times, and believe me any athiest will experience them like any of us as well, ppl start to believe in the supernatural.
