Why? Just watch him. At 19 he can do things most NHLers dream about. He is only going to get better.

The way the Thornton-Cheechoo-Michalek line has been producing lately... I think Crosby still will get it, but if Crosby slumps, watch out - Thornton could catch him if Crosby doesn't score at least 1.5 or so points per game.

Of course that is a stupid question he slumps every now and then but comes back with a string of games with goals n big assist

Definately, he is one of the best players in the NHL today. He is young and still full of speed and talent, hw will not fail.
