I don't have an arch in my foot, like literaly(sp?), what type of shoes should I wear?

Well, I kind of had the same problem in track. My feet tend to roll inward a little bit when flat on the ground, so basically my feet and ankles hurt like heck when I ran. My feet were rolling inward and I didn't have good shoes to prevent that. I went to the store and got some Asics shoes designed for stability, and now my feet no longer hurt when I run!

You should wear ballet flats. They aren't made for arches or anything, they just lay on the ground kind of. Or you could get slip on shoes. If you need to get tennis shoes or something, you may have to specifically look for shoes without an arch, because most tennis shoes are made for feet with arches. good luck! :]

good ones what kind of shoe we talking about u can also buy arch support 2 add 2 tha shoe

I have very flat feet and I saw a foot Dr. He told me New Balance were very good for that.

Try flats, maybe that'll be a good fit. They have really cute ones at Gap. =)
