why do my webcam images lag so much?

when i put my webcam on pause, i have smooth animation, but when i click broadcast it immediatly starts lagging. how do i fix it?

because you may not be able to broadcast in real time,because your connection is to slow..or maybe the strip site answer was right..LOL

Because to many people are looking at your free webcam strip site. Hmm.
