I am preganant.. I just took my Folic Acid pills.. And it after mid-night... can i take it tomorrow night... again or should i wait for another day Because i was out and i didn't get back until late and I do not wanted to over do it with folic acid and that the pills have 400 mcg.. and i am not sure if i would be over taking the pills tomorrow... because it the next morning when i took this pills

I been taking the pills at the same time every night when i start the pills.. It just tonight where i came home late and i had to take it late... and it about 20 mins after mid-night so it saturday morning....

dont' worry so much about it. If you're taking them regularly you have nothing to worry about. I would wait and not risk overdoing it. You could always eat something rich in folic acid as well. That would give you some folic acid but not too much.

You can never have 2 much folic acid in you of course you can take another pill in the morning but take it late around 11am if you don't believe me ask your doctor.

Take them the exact same time everyday as a routine.

They could upset your stomach I would not take them tomorrow.
Just eat well balanced meals tomorrow.
