i have no idea. i thought you just synced them over on windows media player and they would go in by themselves, but obviously not. it came with a disk too but the cd just installs a jukebox and an updater. i need help.

the brand model is samsung and the model is yp-mt6. its a 1gb mp3 player.

go to WMP and connect your player. Your computer schould recognize it. Then, at WMP click on synchronize. On the right side you should be able to put the songs you want synchronized. Once your finished just click synchronize and wait until the songs are all on your mp3 player.

Do you have the new WMP 11? If you do, you have to get the specific brands that WMP will work with. Thanks to the new DRM, only certain players will work with certain media software. I think Windows Media Player will accept Sandisk, Toshiba, Creative Labs, and one other I can't think of. If you don't have those brands, you might try Napster or Virgin.
