I am wearing the tampax pearl regular tampon. This is my first time using a tampon ever and I’m wondering if I can still pee with a tampon in or I have to take it out before I go? Thanks for any advice

Yes you can. I pull the string to the side though, so it doesnt get pee'd on.

Yes, you can still pee with a tampon inside. The opening where the urine comes out of is different from the opening where the tampon is inserted. The only part that may get wet is the string that is hanging out but it dries out, or you can do as one of the other posters suggested, move the string to the side so that it doesn't get wet.
I used to sometimes do that myself when I wore tampons. I no longer wear them due to medical issues unrelated to the tampon itself.

Two different holes sweetie. Yes you can pee and still wear a tampon.
