The best thing to get at Wendy's is not even on the menu. Order a Great Biggie Fry, Large Chili and a side of Cheese sauce and make your own Chili Cheese Fries - Yum

I am from the Wendys world capital headquarters in Ohio.
As for what should you eat at Wendys well most anything on the menu is great. I once meet with Dave Thomas ,the founder of Wendys. He enjoyed a chili, a single with cheese and a frosty.
So if this was good enough for Dave then it is good enough for me.

The chicken nuggets and the baked potato with extra butter packets.
The seasonal fish sandwich they are serving right now is also a good item.
An item I would not eat, but many say is good is the chili
and if you want a complete meal, someone I know swears by the #4 combo (Big Bacon Classic)

I'm not a big fan of wendys, but when I do go there I get the chicken nuggets. Thats the only thing thats appealing to me.

No doubt the new Jalapeno burger (if you are a fan of spicy foods.) The only problem is, sometimes fastfood workers glob on too much cheese and jalapenos. I had to scrape away alot of the jalapenos, because it got too unpleasant to even eat!
I also love their new taco salad. I'm sure it's more fattening now with the cooler ranch-like tortillas, but it's worth it! It's the most fulfilling salad.

i like the new chicken club?? it has chicken, grilled or homestyle with lettuce, tomatoe, bacon, and swiss cheese. oh it is so good. the nuggets are good too, but i don't like some of the sauces. the chili is good but spicy, even the mild. the burgers are very good also. and the frosty's are delicious especially with french fries dipped in the ice cream. lots to pick from make it good.

Wendy's is the only fast food place where I will eat beef at. Their hamburgers are really good. If you like chicken sandwiches, theirs is really good too.

The bacon cheeseburger, of course! Wendy's is the SHIZ-NIT! One of my best friends (Y! ID midnightco2002) and I eat there every other day!
