I have only owned the home since November, 4 months..everytime it rains, I have water standing in my basement. Isn't it against the law to sell a home without the truth about basement flooding?

dig down and seal the outside wall seal tha inside also some seepage

Cut a hole in the floor and install a sump pump.

it did say "seepage" so it was known. i guess you should have asked HOW MUCH "seepage"
