Umm I work at radio shack and from my expierence! All around motorola is your best bet! Most of the other companies like voice star, planatronics, samsung, .etc....! The other headsets that are good is nikia but there pretty heafty in price lol! But out of motorola the h700 is the best one out there! Its a little smaller then the h850! THe h700 has the longest battery life with talk time (8 hours straight) or 2 day stand by time! Plus its noise cancelling, which means that even in a noise crowded area the other person can stilll hear you clearly and you can still hear them!
Other motorola models that are good are H850 mentioned before which retails for $69.97 on sale now $49.99! and the H500 which retails for $49.99!!

A great headset for the razr is the HT850...it's a little on the big side but it works well and is easy to use. If you want a smaller one the ht700 is basically a newer smaller version of it. In the end it's up to you.
The ht700 is 99.99 at most retailers and the ht 850 is 69.99.

i got the Motorola HS 850 from best buy it was only 70.00 and i love it
