How long should I put her out with a bull. Theres only 3 heifers out there and 5 bulls and I was thinkin about a 1 1/2 months but the breeder said 3 months?

I would say wait three months, just to be sure. If they are somewhere that you can watch them, you should know when they're in heat. They will keep their tail off to the side, let others mount or ride them and may have a discharge. If you want to be sure they're bred you can either have them palpated by the vet or take a blood sample.

Why so many bulls ? you only need one to do the job the bulls can start fighting over a heifers in season and can cause damage and even kill the other bulls and harm the heifers get rid of 4 bulls

I vote w/ the breeder. You should be able to see her breed and if she lets him, the breeding should take and then she will have her calf in about 9 1/2 months.

it all depends when she comes in heat the bull will detect it and after about 11/2 months she should be bred and to tell is if her tail is ****** sideways when you see her it probably means she bred i only kept my bull for about 11/2 to 2 months but i did A.I some of my cows
