i cant think of the name of this band.their music video has a girl who has a pixie hair cut and its an alternative band. at the end she meets up with blonde guy...they look pretty young in the video

i think your thinking of the band called Silversun pickups. they have a music video for their song called "Lazy Eye" which kinda fits your description. i like that video/song i like the band!!!!
