i have another questions?

what about mdm.exe,csrss.exe,isass.exe and found them being potential threats how do i remove them?i have avg anti-virus and spyware and spybot.

Mdm.exe is the Machine Debug Manager
csrss.exe is the main executable for the Microsoft Client/Server Runtime Server

thoose 2 above two are not a problem

isass.exe is related to virusproblem
