They are always painful. I would try to imagine that I already had my perfect baby waiting in Heaven to come to me, but that it had to come at the right time to live it's life when it was supposed to live it. Sometimes it helped, and sometimes it didn't.

You may want to take a break for a few months from TTC to let your mind have a break, or you may want to come up with a timeline for your future TTC plans. Sometimes it helps to know what your plans are. For instance, you could try a fertility monitor next month if you are not PG now, and start doing testing and taking clomid after 1 year of trying. It would help me to know what the next step was, so I didn't feel so lost and hopeless.

I hope this is the month for you and you never have to see another stupid negative test again!

well for one you spelled bare right that girl is stupid and second i know how you feel we keep trying and nothing u've done everything in the book and nothing seems to help like the first girl said it'll happen when it does.. it happens when you least expect it cause haven't you heard all those women you didn't mean to get pregnant or was trying than gave up and then it just happen plus it takes an average couple to coneive with in 6-12 months give it time and go to the doctor to make sure your ok. drink lots of green tea and take prenantal pills thats the best advice i could give you good luck and just think youe neg. as a way of saying its not the right month cause wouldn't you rather not be pregnant and then have it happen and something go wrong its your body saying your not ready just yet or god one of the two! i think it as that way instead of thinking great neg. again and getting all upset and think it as one more month closer to getting pregnant!
good luck all the baby dust ur way!

well try to wait as long as possible about 2 weeks after a missed period! to find out for sure! so you know exactly what the answer will be without being a false neg!..and the times that you do take the test and it does say neg! then just hang in there! soon enough you will get pregnant! its just a longer process for some ppl!...it takes time!...:) just keep in the back of your mind that, that day will come soon enough! goodluck sweetie! :)

Hi:) We had 15 months worth of BFN's before we got our BFP.Even then I couldn't believe I was actually preg and took like 6 hpt's..lol.It is disappointing but you kind of have to tell yourself that there's always next month and when it's your time it will happen. It can take a while for most couples to get pregnant sometimes a year or more.I don't know that there is any *good* way to handle it other than to not give up and keep trying..Good luck and ton's of babydust:)
