when i'm not bleeding i don't ever get pain there,what could this be does this mean i could have endemetrois?

you may endometriosis.

i have pcos +stage 5 endometriosis and stage 1 ovarian cancer.....your lucky u get a period. im 22 and dont. =0( talk to your gyn about the pain they did a lap surgery on me and lasered away the endometriosis for pain relief and flushed out everything, it may help you become preggo. good luck

I suggest speaking to your doctor ASAP.. if you have any sort of major pain.. especially when you are on your period talk to him/her about it.
