Personally I believe there are way to many unwanted and homeless pets in this world to allow any animal to have mixed litters. If you don't plan on responsibly breeding your female with the intention of bettering the breed later you can take her to vet and have her spayed as long as she isn't to far along and your vet will abort the puppies during the surgery (it may cost you more). If you do plan on breeding later make sure you find responsible permanent homes for your puppies and provide the new puppies owners with a guarantee that if it ever becomes impossible for them to keep the dog you will take the puppy back. Invest in a doggy chastity belt to prevent further accidents from happening.

I'm pretty sure they can spay and abort at the same time. Unless you are positive that all of the pups will find permanent homes, that all of the pups will be neutered/spayed, that they will have a place with you if they happen to be dumped at a shelter, that you will keep contact with their new owners for the rest of their life, get the mother dog to the vet now and do what is necessary. And even if you are willing to do the above things, still think about it. There are already so many dogs in shelters.

And for god's sake, neuter the dachshund so there won't be anymore accidents!

I am guessing that they will look more like the pit, and have longer bodies and a longer nose and shorter legs. Their hair will be short like the pits.
All you can do about it now is have her spayed and it will be hard on her, a spay surgery on a pregnant dog will cause her to bleed a lot and she could die during surgery.
I suggest you have the puppies and after she weans them, then have her spayed and the male neutered.

if you decide not to let her have the puppies they usually spay-abort which can be extremely hard on the poor dog. i would let her have them. they will probably be slightly smaller than a standard pit bull and maybe have long hair if that is the dominant gene. but there is no way to tell for sure.

just think about the puppies-what are you going to do with the puppies?, if you do let your pit have them. maybe don't let her have them and at the same time get her fixed so she wont get pregnant and have more mistakes like this occasion. besides you can't be watching her 24/7 while she's in heat.

Why aren't your dogs spayed and neutered? Now you are going to bring more dogs into the world when there are already to many.

Spay and Neuther your pets!

I think you're gonna have to let her have them, I seriously doubt they do abortions on dogs. They'll probubly look fine, and as long as they're healthy there isn't much you have to worry about!
