my baby started sitting up around 4 months old but not solidly until 6 months. Here's a great milestone chart link below. It says about half of all babies are sitting without support at 6 months.

my toddler is 3 months and likes to take a seat down supported. we can carry her, use the boppy, or use the nook of teh settee. She no the place close to waiting to take a seat down without the help. over the subsequent couple weeks we would start to apply the bumbo seat we've. we in ordinary terms enable her take a seat for in ordinary terms a sprint a time and if she starts to slouch or something we p.c.. her decrease back up and carry her. dont concern plenty approximately what anybody else says. toddlers develope in a diverse way with those issues and you'd recognize what your toddler is ok to do and not do :)

yes around six months...although they prefer to lie on their backs and play with their toes at that age....
Please don't compare your child accomplishments with books or your friends. Both of my sons talked VERY late almost 3 years and were late at potty training and they are both very smart and at the top of their classes.

About six and seven months. They may need support because they are little unbalanced yet but by the seventh month he/she should be a pro.

between 5 and 9 months...every child is different.
but don't rush them...they start one thing and it leads to the next and the next and the next...my 10 month old is almost walking...ahhhh..anyways he'll be sitting before you know it, then you'll be sending him to kindergarten..time flys!
