Is Jillian's gimmick meant to mock Brooke Hogan?
If it is why would Vince do that?
someone told me it is, but i think its stupid and is disrespectful to Brooke Hogan

It is a deliberate joke at Brooke Hogan simply because there were contract disagreements between McMahon and Hulk Hogan about appearing at Wrestlemania.
Hulk Hogan said he thought it was funny and there were no hard feelings. (But Hulk Hogan always talks out of his butt and thinks he lives in kayfabe.)

No its not, but if he did do that its because of what hogan said on the radio. (he announced the hall of fame list).
I think Jillian's Character is hilarious!

jillian hall is an american idol wanna be, brooke hogan can sing compared to jillian hall's screetching.
