Lately I've been getting unpleasant dreams. I have a happy carefree life lately.........Would a dreamcatcher help?

A dreamcatcher is just pine twigs tied together with beads and such. It has no supernatural value. I'm a native-American, by the way.

The main reason for troubling dreams is an over active mind that doesn't allow you to fully relax...or your life may not be as carefree as you think.

Try listening to pleasant music at night while you sleep.

dreamcatchers are like voodoo magic or something. They dont really work but if you make a practice of noticing it every night before you go to sleep it might give you a psychological boost. I have a dreamcatcher. Even if it doesnt do anything else it looks nice.

It couldn't hurt. My mother is of Native American (Blackfoot) descent and I have had one over my bed my entire life. I hardly ever remember my dreams at all.
