Hi, Earlier this month I bought a Razr V3m through Sprint. Well I've had no problem charging until today when I recieved a car charger in the mail. I charged my phone on the car charger for about 10 minutes, came in the house tried to resume charging with the charger that came with my phone. And "Unable to charge" message is appearing on my phone, the phone is currently charging in my car, but why can I not use the house charger?? Does anyone have any idea why this has happened or what I can do so that I can use both chargers? or please what can I do?

it may be just a connection problem. motorolas are notorious for this. sometimes yout have to stick it in and out a couple of times. it may also be that your car charger is an aftermarket charger and did not come directly from motorola. if that is the case i know sometimes they do affect your phone. just buy a motorola car charger. and if that fails, take the phone in, if you have equipment protection plan, they will take care of it for free.

On a motorola phone, the "unable to charge" message appears usually when one of three things happens: The charge ports are dirty, the charger has problems, or the charge PORT has problems. Start by trying another charger and seeing if that fixes it. If not, take some canned air and something small and pointed (like a thumbtack) and try to clean the connections. sometimes it just needs a good cleaning. However, if there is corrosion, or is you're still having issues, then it's probably time for a new one.
From the question, my guess is that the home charger went bad since the car one works. Try a different house charger first.

i for my area did a similar element w/my telephone LOL! i became applying the bluetooth charger extremely of my telephone charger. It did cost my telephone even even though it became too susceptible and the cost does not save. i think of it ended up messing my telephone up, I had to take it in to get labored on. i might nonetheless deliver them back your previous telephone. they gained't cost you something except they be sure there became water harm or something.
