Sorry if I didn't make myself clear, but what I mean by the acting oscars is Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting actor and Best supporting actress.

Great question. No film has won all 4 acting awards but Network(1976) came close, winning 3. Peter Finch, Faye Dunaway and Beatrice Straight won Best Actor, Actress and Supporting Actress respectively. Ned Beatty lost Best Supporting Actor to Jason Robards in All the President's Men. In total, Network had 5 acting nominations. Pretty damn remarkable. And deserved.

I don't think so, but From Here to Eternity came pretty close. Frank Sinatra and Donna Reed both won the oscars for best supporting actor and actress, and Burt Lancaster, Montgomery Clift and Deborah Kerr were all nominated for leading roles but didn't win.
