My school has a major issue with racism and the administration ignores it.?

I am currently writing letters to the teachers and administration about what I experience walking through school day after day. The teachers have all complained, but the school admin ignores it. I have contacted several news stations with the hopes to expose what the parents don't see. Any other suggestions?
