Good for you, it is a very good advantage which you will not know until you are in your early 30s and people take you for a teenager how sweet. you will look grown up but not old (never) so don't bother it is a good thing.

Ha, well I'm literally in the same boat as you. 19, 5'7", 115-120 pounds. I eat a lot too, and it does suck but I figure there's not much I can do about it. A lot of girls do find it attractive. I understand though, being in college most people know I'm 19, I don't look terribly young, I could pass as a 15 year old if I wanted to. My facial hair's still not full enough to grow a good looking beard or anything (not that I would want to), but my sideburns started coming in a while ago and I'm taking advantage of that to make me look older. I'm starting to work out, but it's very difficult to see any good results.

lol, you sound just like me bro. I'm 5' 7" and when I graduated from high school I was 120lbs. You'll be fine. Hit the gym a bit, maybe get a different haircut - experiment a bit - I think I look older with my hair cropped real short, you know almost buzzed like.
But dude, don't worry. I couldn't grow complete facial hair til I was like 24. You'll get to looking your age naturally. And I know the girls dig a cute guy. I also know that probably doesn't make you feel better, cuz you'd prolly rather not be babied.
Now I'm 26, I think I look about 21 - 22 er so. As you get older, it'll be a nice problem to have, believe me.

i know a guy who is only 5'3". as a boy he hated it because his older brother beat the hell out of him on a regular basis. one morning he woke up and decided this had to stop. he dropped down and did as many push ups as he could . then at bed time he did it again. he was only 12 or 13 at this time and he did this for about a year. then one day he discovered those spring type chest expander's and added them to his routine. his focus changed from the older brother to his own body building. he never gave up. one day his brother got a job out of town. so the threat was gone. he did not quit. one day he got a girlfriend and found out she thought he had a beautiful body, and was very happy to be a part of his life. the moral of this story is - what big brother.?
this man is still 5'3".has 2 children and 9 grandchildren , and the most beautiful body a 55 year old man could have.

You could go to the gym and work out to build some muscle.
But don't go out in the sun to '' age" your face as ryersonh has suggested. Very bad advice. In all be thankful having a set of genes that make you look young.

I would be proud of the fact that I do not look my age. I would like to look younger than older than my actual age. Just think, in the years to come this could be a definate plus for you. Just think when you are 50 years old you will look only in your mid forties. So whatr ever you are doing keep it up and you will be the envy of alot of weomen some day when you do not look your age.

You could try to eat better and work out to build some muscle. Otherwise, there is nothing else you can do. You can't take anything to make yourself taller.

eat a lot and spend long periods in the sun to age your face. Also don't sleep as much, that will make you age.
