he should see his regular physcian, and explain exactly what is going on, he may recommend him to a neourologist to check the arteries in his head. Get him in immediately.

I'm assuming that you are talking about the head on his shoulder, not the one between his legs. Probably should talk to the family doctor if you have one. Getting headaches when he exerts himself is not a good thing. Probably should take it easy too until the doctors can take a look at what's going on. Not trying to be an alarmist or induce paranoia, but you don't want a bout of physical exertion causing damage to the brain due to an aneurism or something before you get it checked out. If you don't have a general practitioner/family doctor to check him out and refer you to a specialist (which is probably what will happen), you might skip directly to a neurologist.

If you actually are talking about the head between his legs, I guess your first contact is the same - the family doctor/general practitioner. If not, then skip to the urologist.

He probably needs to see a GP and get a referral to the appropriate specialist, possibly a neurologist. I think he can just say it happened when he was having an orgasm, no need for more details. He should definitely get it checked out.

Male sex is all related to the hydrolics of the cardio vascular system. Have him check first with the family doctor. Tell him exactly what happened what he felt and where. That doctor may send him to a cardiologists.

go see a general practitioner and explain the pop. the masterbating part i might leave out bc it doesnt seem relevant. unless by "head" you mean something else... he will probably need an xray on his back.
