I have a 1991 Honda Accord and there is wetness and soft spots in the drivers side floor and directly behind the drivers seat floor. I already have checked to see if it was antifreeze or anything from the engine. What should i do?

It could be:
condensation from a plugged air conditioner drain

antifreeze leaking from the heater core

leakage from door seals that are worn

the floor pan could be rusted through and wetness from the outside is coming through

someone spilled a drink and didn't tell you

If it were my car I would try to find the source. Look for rust, plugged drains, pull the carpet back and look for where the problem is coming from.

You obviously have some kind of leak. Check all the windows including the rear window to make sure you have no leaks. The easiest way is for a friend to watch and feel around all the windows why you use a hose to spray water on them. Is the trunk dry? Or is it a hatchback? It is common for the rear hatch and its weather seal to be the cause of this type leak with water finding its way to the lowest point, the floor! Good luck!

Your first mistake was buying a honda.... (GRIN)

It could be a leaky seal on the rear window or that your heater core is leaking. If the wet spot smells slightly sweet, that's antifreeze from the heater core.

Better take it and have it checked.

Behind the drivers seat does not sound like antifreeze, but could be a window leak when you wash your car or drive through the rain.

first check under the rug and see if the floor is rusted away.

could also checkhoses to the heater core which is located under the dash in the centre. Check the clamps to be sure they are not leaking.
