Me and my husband just had this girl locked up for having sex with his son that was 11 when she was 18. She is charged with 6 counts of child rape and 1 count of statuatory rape. The mother was the one that got them together and let them have this relationship. We are trying to press charges on her for letting it go on and ruining his life. This girl has got a baby by this boy that is like 5 months old. They are trying to start all kinds of trouble. What would you do? Would you have pressed charges? It still hasn't went to trial and she is out on bond.

You did the right thing. His mother has ruined his life by letting him have a baby so young. Yes, I would have pressed charges. On the girlfriend and the mother.

i guess i wonder why you would even need to have this question answered. the fact remains u did what u did and it is ultimately ur choice and decision.
furthermore, to the one who said that this woman was 18 and an adult and knew exactly what she was doing i would ask you are u so sure about that? in this day and age u can not be ceertain that 18 year olds or others for that matter know anything.

If I read this correctly, You are putting the mother of your grandchild in jail and trying to put her mom in jail also.
What a wonderful start this kid will have with an 11 y/o dad, mom in jail, grandma in jail and someone like you raising him:) If he breaks a window, you can press charges against him too :(

im not sure what kind of trouble they think they can start. with actions like that, they need to keep their pie holes shut. in my opinion, you did the only thing that you could do. unless your husband thinks that an adult having sex with his 11 year old son is acceptable. the law frowns on people taking the law into their own hands.

Yep, in an instant I would have. You have to protect your kids. The girl was 18 and an adult. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing and knew it was wrong. The mother is a complete sicko for being aware and still allowing it to happen. I would go after her too.

yes i would have pressed charged on everyone involved in
this sick mess. she should be in jail, and the mother need to
be right be side her. and for this child and his child that a

definately, wht they did was a crime and it should have never happened, that is just a little boy and they took advantage of his curiosity and now there is another child at stake here
