my cd player wont read my cd and it displays and error message. it wont spin the cd (when it reads it) and i cant hear the laser reading the disk (normally it makes a little winding noise) can anyone help?
i got it this christmas and ive tooken the best care of it. Plz help! THX!

it is a STORE BOUGHT CD I TRIED IT WITH! i also tried a burned copy and the same thing happened.

It may be defective and may still be under warranty. If you got it at Bestbuy, you may be able to get them to look at it. If not, goto the manufacturer's website and check out their return policy.

Not enough info. Is it a prerecorded cd? A burned copy? A little more help is needed! ;-)=
