Before I leave the dorm residency(meaning I'll get my own place with two friends this summer but still go to college), I want a guy friend to spend the night with me, same bed, with no action.
How to make that possible??

I don't have any gay guy friends and I'm no harlot, I've only been with one guy and lost it at age 22(I'm 22 now)

You just do it.
if he is a nice guy and you feel you can discuss it
with him .. then go for it.
If you cannot discuss it then you should not try it. And if you feel you cannot trust him, then don't do it
and if you only trust each other a little bit make him or you sleep on an air mattress which might be a good idea anyway. they are inexpensive ..and you can often borrow or rent one if you cannot afford to buy one.
I have slept in the same room with some women. And I cuddled all evening with a girlfriend a few times cause cuddling is all she wanted to do .. a form of bundling that was practiced in the past.

I agree with The Rock, the only way to do this is if you put a chastity belt on yourself, like from Men In Tights. 'Cause otherwise... you're both in college, and you have some dude sleeping with you in the SAME BED? He thinks something fun's gonna happen.
I don't understand why you want to share the same bed so bad, unless there's a happy ending? Is it some kind of test?

I'm just curious but why do you want him to spend the night? Is it someone you're interested in? Just explain that you do not want anything to happen, and that nothing is going to happen. Don't wear anything sexy or revealing to bed. Wear some long pajama bottoms and a t shirt. I'm not saying he won't try to make something happen but be firm. It can be done, I have done it. Good luck!

You better have every orifice in your body plugged. If he's any normal type of guy and you have an available unplugged orifice it WILL get stuffed. And if no available orifice there's always an armpit so just be prepared. By the way why are you so in to being a complete tease anyway? And then again you'll probably yell rape so the poor dumb bas**** doesn't have a chance does he? And women wonder why men get turned off.

Simple, get a chastity belt, You may have trouble finding a medieval store. You may also need to give the key to your parents. Tell him he can squeeze the twin muffins but no touching the batter bowl.

You'll have to be completely honest with him and let him know in advance that you want him to sleep with you and hold you all night, but nothing else. You can't trick him into doing it, and it is likely that if you aren't absolutely clear about your expectations, he is going to think that more will happen and he will end up irritated, thinking you are a tease.

You may invite him to a bible study, short of that I don't think there is much chance, guys your age think of 2 things, eating and sex and they can only change to sex and eating. Sorry but that's the truth.
